In the era of globalization and increasing digitalization, the industrial world is increasingly competitive in finding employees. The company makes many adjustments as the world of technology and information develops. Investment in labor is the largest investment in human capital. To develop a skilled and educated workforce requires training and development. This condition of adjustment has spurred universities in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta, to adapt and innovate to survive in the development of educational services. The effort that should be carried out by tertiary institutions is to observe and study trends that are developing in tertiary competition and the needs of prospective students themselves. Higher education is an educational institution that produces human resources in the form of graduates who must be ready to be absorbed by the community as users. Alumni/graduates are the spearhead of a university's responsibility in the eyes of society. Their existence and activities will bring the attributes of the university, the advantages, uniqueness and weaknesses of the university will not be separated from the elders. Alumni who are well absorbed in the market, whether entrepreneurship or working with others, can be the basis for whether the existence of the institution (prodi/department/faculty) will always be maintained or not. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out which part users want from a college graduate so that the university can provide and facilitate each student with the skills needed by the industry today. In this study, researchers will also analyze how high the level of user satisfaction is for graduates from the Bachelor of Management Study Program from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Paramadina University.
