Islamic Pedagogy on Human Resourc Management; Tauhidi String Relations Based Practices; Case of Globalnine

This study looks at how much Islamic HRM practises inspire and contribute to the resurrection of employees' faith in organisations founded on Islamic principles. Furthermore, investigates the links between Islamic HRM practises and organisational trust. According to the findings, five aspects, including understanding, knowledge, and practises of Islamic principles, training and development, performance assessment, reward and pay, and recruiting and selection method, are associated to employee confidence in the business. The Holy Qur'an and Hadith are a source of sound and qualitative values, moral standards, ideas, and essential guidance for good and powerful harmony between humans and organisations.
