Kajian Model Penerimaan Teknologi Untuk Menguji Intensi Perilaku Karyawan Terhadap Learning Management System

This study is a replication research of Fathema, Shannon, & Ross (2015) and Al-Aulamie (2013). The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of external variables, namely: system quality (SQ), functionality (FU), user interface design (UID), perceived self-efficacy (PSE), and facilitating condition (FC) to variables in technology acceptance model (TAM), namely perceived usefulness (PU), perceived easy of use (PEOU), attitude towards using (ATT) and behavioral intention (BI) in the context of adopting learning management system (LMS) as a system to support employee learning and development. This study involved 230 respondents who were employees in Indonesia who have been using LMS for their learning and development needs. Respondents were dominated by male (82 percent) the rest were women with 85 percent of respondents are active LMS users and 79 percent were millennial employees. The survey instrument was adopted from previous studies that have been tested with high validity and reliability. The findings of this study are that SQ, PSE, FU, and PEOU have positively influenced PU. SQ, UID, and FC have positively influenced PEOU, while PSE has not. SQ, PU, and PEOU have positively affected ATT, while FC has not and ATT has positively affected BI, while PU has not. The results of this study indicate that the TAM model is a fit model for this study to measure the behavioral intention of LMS user in Indonesia.
